Welcome to SalePage (salepage.in.th) — a platform for building Thai online shops. By using our service you accept the following terms.
1. Use of service
SalePage provides a platform for online shops. Users must be 18+ (or have parental consent). You may create multiple shops under one account.
2. Fees and billing
Starter is free forever. Pro ฿299/month and Business ฿790/month, billed via Stripe (includes 7% VAT). Cancel anytime — paid fees are non-refundable. SalePage charges no per-order fee — customers transfer money directly to your bank.
3. Shop content
Shop owners are solely responsible for the goods and services sold in their shop. Illegal goods, IP infringement, and content violating community standards are prohibited. SalePage may suspend non-compliant shops.
4. Intellectual property
The SalePage trademark and platform are owned by BANPUEN 911. User-generated content (products, images, descriptions) belongs to you — by using the service you grant us a license to store and display it as needed.
5. Limitation of liability
SalePage is a tool; we are not a money intermediary. Transfers between buyer and seller are the parties' direct responsibility. We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee 100%.
6. Termination
You may close your account and shops anytime in /dashboard/settings. SalePage may suspend accounts in cases of severe terms violations.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will be heard in Bangkok district courts.
